Exceptional Stay at Hotel AQUA Dear Hotel Aqua Management Team, I recently had the pleasure of staying at your hotel, and I wanted to express my heartfelt appreciation for the outstanding experience I had. My stay exceeded all expectations, and I wanted to share the reasons why: 1 From the moment I arrived until the day of my departure, I was consistently impressed by the exceptional level of customer service. The staff members were not only professional but also warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. They made me feel like a valued guest throughout my stay. 2. The cleanliness of both my room and the entire hotel was beyond reproach. It was clear that cleanliness and hygiene are top priorities for your establishment, which greatly contributed to my comfort and peace of mind. 3. My room was not just a place to stay; it was a luxurious retreat. The elegant decor, comfortable bedding, and attention to detail in room amenities made my stay truly memorable. 4. The dining experiences at Hotel Aqua were a culinary delight. The on-site restaurants offered a diverse and delectable menu, and every meal I enjoyed was of the highest quality. The waitstaff was knowledgeable, friendly, and ensured that every dining experience was exceptional. 5. Your hotel's facilities, including the pool, spa, were meticulously maintained and provided ample opportunities for relaxation and rejuvenation. 6. Whether it was the personalized welcome amenities in my room or the thoughtful touches throughout the hotel, these details did not go unnoticed and made my stay feel extra special. 7. Hotel Aqua went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The concierge service, local recommendations, and special surprises during my stay all contributed to an unforgettable experience.

The rooms were a good size for a double room. Towels and toiletries provided and replaced daily if required (towels only if necessary but toiletries and minibar were. Breakfast was over 4 hours which meant you could enjoy it at your own pace and not be in a rush. Food items and levels were kept high. Staff always about if you needed anything or any information. Pool hours were 8am till midnight, they did have a poolside ordering service. clean and well maintained pool and outdoor areas. Off road parking is provided and large enough we always found a space.

The room was very comfortable, clean, well appointed, and quiet. The breakfast buffet was varied and dinner menu had good choices. Staff was professional and welcoming. The spa area was quiet and massages were excellent. Loved the pool. Will definitely come back; well worth the price.

Really relaxing and nicely furbished hotel that has a fantastic thermal pool and spa treatment. The staff is so welcoming, warm and friendly. We’ve been to a lot of places, but here trully the staff stands out. Everything seems so easy, and the overall energy of the hotel is so inviting and cozy. We had a small balcony, free parking, nice breakfast buffet, and reservations for private spa. It was Perfect!

Staff are amazing, rooms are comfy, breakfast is generous, pool is lovely. Overall value for cost is high
