This hotel is the best in Abano Terme I have been to several in the area but this hotel is number #1. The entire staff are extremely polite and professional. In the restaurant the team there are magnificent. Martina, Sofia, Ariana, and the chef making pancakes were great. They were so kind to my daughter, myself, and my partner. At the bar Gianluca was so nice and we made general conversation. Daniel the night shift receptionist was great he accommodated me when I was planning a great day for my daughter and partner. This hotel is a hidden gem. Stay in the executive suite it’s so nice.

The rooms were a good size for a double room. Towels and toiletries provided and replaced daily if required (towels only if necessary but toiletries and minibar were. Breakfast was over 4 hours which meant you could enjoy it at your own pace and not be in a rush. Food items and levels were kept high. Staff always about if you needed anything or any information. Pool hours were 8am till midnight, they did have a poolside ordering service. clean and well maintained pool and outdoor areas. Off road parking is provided and large enough we always found a space.

We’ve been to a lot of places, but here trully the staff stands out. Everything seems so easy, and the overall energy of the hotel is so inviting and cozy. We had a small balcony, free parking, nice breakfast buffet, and reservations for private spa. It was Perfect!
